In Full Bloom Returns for Its Third Year, Putting the Spotlight on Fibroid Awareness

Some of your favorite celebrities came together for more than just photo ops, they showed up with a purpose. The third annual In Your Health in Full Bloom event brought advocates, medical experts, and familiar faces to New York for an evening focused on raising awareness about uterine fibroids and encouraging women to put their health first.

The night’s discussions were led by Cynthia Bailey and Shereé Whitfield, who kept the conversation engaging while giving panelists the space to share their stories. From personal journeys to expert medical advice, the event balanced education with empowerment.

Grammy-nominated singer Jordin Sparks and recording artist Brenda K. were among the featured guests, using their platforms to help amplify the importance of awareness, singing some of our favorite hits.

Medical experts, including Dr. Yan and representatives from the U.S. Fibroid Centers also broke down treatment options, answered common questions, and encouraged women to advocate for themselves when something doesn’t feel right.

What stood out most throughout the night was how honest the conversations were. It wasn’t about creating fear, it was about providing resources, sharing real experiences, and reminding women that they don’t have to suffer in silence.

As the evening came to a close, one message was clear: awareness saves lives. Events like Your Health In Full Bloom continue to create the kind of space where education, community, and advocacy come together, empowering women to ask questions, seek care, and take control of their health.

Whether attendees came to learn, support a loved one, or share their own journey, everyone left with something valuable and that’s exactly what makes events like this so impactful.
